DAR Course
As a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, you may have one or more additional Patriot ancestors already established by the DAR from whom you have lineal descent. If this is the case, you may submit a supplemental application for them, recognizing them as your ancestor. Supplemental application approval allows you to purchase a certificate and ancestor bar, honoring and preserving the legacy of that proven patriot. It also contributes to the DAR’s genealogical resources and may assist future members with membership approval. This course provides step-by-step instructions for creating this application, with essential tools, links, and tips for success.
