Many times, the generations that are in our lineage to our patriots have appeared in other member or supplemental applications and have been verified. You will check if this is true in the DAR Descendants Database. If this is the case, and the information verified meets current DAR standards, you do not need to provide proof documents for that generation. You will write the approved information on the Lineage Page and cite the ancestor and member application information on the References for Lineage page:
